Return on Investment Models
Return on Investment (ROI) models are prepared based on a life cycle approach through careful attention to and research on the environment that the model represents. Models may include such elements as the cost of money, depreciation, operating expenses, revenue projections, Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

Budget Planning, Implementation, Review and Analysis.
Comprehensive budgets are formulated using historical, industry-wide, and local understanding of the organization. Appropriate spreadsheets or other financial tools are developed to facilitate execution of the budget and enable communication of performance data for management review.

Accounting System Review and Analysis
An accounting system analysis is performed to determine what information is required, and the optimum format in which it should be delivered. After evaluating the current system for strengths and weaknesses, a new system can be designed and implemented that will accommodate both internal and external information requirements.

Business Plan Development

Annual reviews can be prepared comparing results with milestones of the plan.
OPERATIONS and PROCEDURAL ANALYSIS

Efficiency Evaluation and Recommendation

Evaluation may include identifying physical and/or time constraints, conducting program evaluation, and measuring personnel productivity. Any remedial action that is recommended will be provided in a plan of action and milestones (POA&M) to assist the client in reaching their productivity goals.

Business Process Modeling and Analysis
Based upon current procedures through interviews, observation, and research, a business process model will be constructed using appropriate software applications. This method of study facilitates a comprehensive analysis, which in turn is used to identify and recommend improvement or redesign.

Commercial Activity Studies
A workforce analysis of government Commercial Activities can be conducted in order to determine the feasibility of initiating Contract employment or maintaining government workers, and developing Most Efficient Operation (MEO) plans.

Inventory Procedures
Procedures involving physical inventory for both fixed assets and consumable merchandise are analyzed. Recommendations could involve methodology, equipment, storage, and loss prevention.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Plan and Organize Projects
Project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques are leveraged in order to meet or exceed stakeholder's needs. This in turn leads to the development of a Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M), and through the use of automated techniques monitoring of the project by tracking progress, comparing actual outcome to predicted outcome, and making adjustments can be accomplished in a highly effective manner.
DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS

Survey Design
Surveys can be tailored organizationally to collect pertinent data, and the results compiled and presented in many ways including color graphs and written summary analyses. When done effectively, these can provide significant enhancements to perspectives for decision makers.

Patron Utilization Analysis
Attendance information about facility patrons regarding demographics, frequency, times, or other pre-determined criteria can be collected and analyzed. This information can then be used to assist in determining future capital outlays, facility improvements, schedule changes, and program effectiveness.

Database Construction
Databases designed to capture information for budget planning, long-range projections, and analysis can be provided. The information contained in the databases can be financial or historical in nature.
