Our support will assist clients in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local hazardous materials regulations. RMC also offers support for hazardous materials program management and the integration of the CHRIMP.

Pollution Prevention Program Development and Implementation
Pollution prevention challenges will be met through a systematic approach, becoming familiar with data resources and analyzing them to measure progress, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for achieving hazardous materials, waste and solid waste reduction goals.

Environmental Program Management Support
New constructions, reconstructions, and modifications of facilities will be recommended as necessary to comply with federal, state, and local instructions. We also perform financial analyses of proposed projects, prepare documents required by regulatory agencies, prepare management documents, and maintain records of all required information.

Clean Air Act / Title V Compliance Analysis and Support
Our expertise helps clients comply with Clean Air Act/Title V, while interacting with appropriate regulatory agencies to facilitate the submission of permits, air analyses and modeling, and compliance documentation.

Solid Waste Recycling Program Analysis and Management Support
We provide solid waste and recycling analyses to assist facilities in meeting their pollution prevention goals. Our experienced staff aids facilities in maintaining compliance with environmental regulations.

Petroleum Facilities Environmental Management
Storage Tank Management Programs for aboveground and underground storage tanks are prepared and implemented. We also develop spill prevention, control and countermeasure (SPCC) plans; emergency response action plans; and integrated contingency plans.
