RMC management methods have been developed and refined through years of support for the Navy, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, the Naval Warfare Centers, and various major commands. To achieve this goal, RMC uses an established corporate Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program to ensure the delivery of quality services to our clients. This program has been effective in the past and is currently supporting several RMC prime contracts within the Naval Warfare Centers. Furthermore, as RMC is an ISO 9001-2000 certified firm, this QA/QC process has been formally documented in our firmly established delivery order program management procedures. A key element of the RMC management plan is the capability to monitor, control, track, and account for all work. This is done through regular evaluation of delivery order task progress by delivery order managers, weekly reviews of all delivery orders by the RMC Program Manager, and the application of effective project tracking software. The RMC program manager tracks all delivery orders and contract tasks awarded under this contract through a consolidated Microsoft Project POA&M which will be available to appropriate government managers as required. During the performance of work under this contract, RMC will perform regular quality assurance activities as required by our corporate QA/QC process. RMC's quality assurance activities will be documented in writing and the records will be made available to the Contracting Office Representative (COR) upon request. Our focus on the customer is reflected in RMC's CPARS (Contractor Performance Assessment Rating System) rating, which has ranged from "Very Good" to "Exceptional" for all contracts completed by RMC. RMC has a demonstrated record of delivering customer satisfaction.
