Systems Analyst (Maryland)
Systems Analyst needed with 6-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, functional requirements gathering, and documenting of user and system-level requirements. Experience with developing functional requirements documentation, working with end users and customers to define user requirements and defining and managing expectations. This position requires extensive verbal and written communications and the need to articulate requirements clearly to the end users. Must be extensively familiar with MS Office products including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Must have excellent listening skills and must be able to document requirements while communicating with users. This position requires constant interaction with the customer, end users, and other leadership positions. Experience with team leadership roles is a definite plus. This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experience in the information technology (IT) profession. Must be able to work independently with little management direction. Must be able to develop presentations relating to the specific tasking and communicate this effectively to leadership, co-workers, customers, and other personnel. Mid-Level Software Developer (Maryland)
Mid-level software developer needed with a 4-year degree in Information Technology curriculum plus 5 years or more experience developing Web and Window Desktop applications for federal government clients. Candidate must be proficient in object oriented programming methodologies, and well-versed in Microsoft .NET technologies (specifically ASP.NET and C#). A strong relational database background (SQL Server or Oracle) is required, in addition to working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and other Web-based technologies. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle; some experience with Web and database server administration; some experience coaching junior developers, working knowledge of common information assurance requirements for federal government agencies; good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; experience interfacing directly with the customer; and a positive attitude, quick learner. Force Protection Specialist (Virginia)
Mid- to senior-level candidates needed with experience in Army or Marine Corps Physical Security, Antiterrorism, OPSEC, and Force Protection. The successful candidate will have a military background and training/experience in all or some of the following areas: Force protection program management, vulnerability/risk/threat/criticality assessments, report development, contingency planning, drills/exercises, physical security inspections, infrastructure, training (development and proctoring), executive protection, electronic security systems, and guard-force management.
Good writing and management skills a must. DoD-recognized antiterrorism (Level II or above) required; security engineering design, physical security, and electronic security systems training a definite plus. Candidates should be familiar with DoD/Army/Marine Corps regulations and guidance as they relate to the above skill sets.

Business Development Manager (Maryland or Virginia)
Primary responsibility will be to develop business opportunities in support of the Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) team, reporting to the VP of Business Development. Will support RMC’s Division Directors with re-compete business and identification and recommendation of new business opportunities. Assists in formulating corporate strategies and plans to capture new business leads and related activities. Supports the development of short and long range business forecasts and marketing plans. Performs analytical and research activities in support of business development, strategic planning, proposal development and marketing functions. Performs and supports capture management and proposal development. Analyzes and researches customer and competitor information and data. May make initial contact with business targets and decision makers in pursuit of BD objectives. Maintains contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, continued business relationships, and follow-on BD opportunities.
The primary customer base is the Federal Government to include the Department of Navy, Department of Army, and Department of Homeland Security. A candidate should have knowledge of these customers and be able to convert their knowledge into new business strategies; have customer contacts, and have the ability to influence decision-makers; be knowledgeable of and able to strategically position RMC for new and continued growth; have a record of successful business development.
Position can be located in Lexington Park, MD or Arlington, VA.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of Federal government related business development experience required. Small business or 8(a) experience is a plus.
Abilty to obtain a Secret clearance is required.

Environmental Scientist (Virginia)
Environmental Scientist needed with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related scientific field of study, plus 3-5 years experience with environmental program management. Specific work experience required in the areas of environmental program policy development and implementation, statistical data collection and analysis, presentation and report generation, and environmental regulatory compliance management and training support. Experience with RCRA; ISO 14001; Environmental Management System implementation; recycling/green procurement/energy related program efforts are a plus.
