RMC provides technical and management services supporting the Navy's Research, Development Acquisition, Test and Evaluation (RDAT&E) community supporting Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and their component organizations.

Working both on site and off site supporting NAVAIR and NAVSEA, RMC staff support RDAT&E requirements associated with program management, administrative support, infrastructure engineering and management, technical data management, financial and business management, and systems engineering.
