MISSION ASSURANCE
The RMC Mission Assurance Division specializes in comprehensive national security and homeland defense program management. Since 1999, we have provided a demonstrated record of performance regarding homeland defense, force protection (FP), physical security (PS), operations security (OPSEC), and antiterrorism (AT) requirements.
The RMC Force Protection Division consists of experienced professionals from all branches of the Armed Forces, civilian emergency management agencies, and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
RMC provides full-spectrum force protection and security services to a wide range of clients within the U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies. Some of these services include: strategic planning; FP, PS, and OPSEC program management; AT planning, exercises, and training; contingency planning; threat, risk, criticality, and vulnerability assessments; and infrastructure assessments and surveys.
Demonstrated Experience:
Army National Guard
Force Protection, Antiterrorism, and Physical Security Program Management Support
Develop and maintain an overarching force protection program that encompasses physical security/antiterrorism, operations security, emergency management, and critical infrastructure protection.
- Triennial vulnerability assessments at more than 135 Army National Guard installations nationwide
- Operational readiness assessments of all National Guard Bureau Joint Force Headquarters
- Physical security surveys at select Army National Guard locations
- Budget management services for a budget in excess of $340m
Arkansas State Army National Guard
Antiterrorism Program Management Support
Provide on-site program management and consulting services for antiterrorism requirements.
- Antiterrorism program documentation
- Assessments of National Guard assets within the state

- Budgetary requirements for the expansion and maintenance of the antiterrorism program
- Working group meetings throughout the state for program enhancement
National Guard Bureau
Critical Infrastructure Protection Office Support Services
Provide professional, administrative, and technical services.
- Liaison between the National Guard Bureau, the Defense Contract Management Agency, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Homeland Defense and Americas’ Security Affairs)
